CIMAGE Holi Mela 2025: A Vibrant Celebration of Poetry and Colors

 

CIMAGE College, a prestigious educational institution in Patna, hosted one of the year’s most anticipated events, the Holi Mela. The celebration featured a variety of vibrant programs, including a humorous poetry session that left the audience enthralled. The event saw the participation of renowned poets and artists from across the country, including the famous Poet Kumar Rajat, Poetess Alpana Anand, renowned lyricist Swayam Srivastava, and humorous poet Ajay Atapattu. The event was organized by Chandan Dwivedi, a well-known figure in Bihar’s literary circle.

The event kicked off with a colorful atmosphere, infused with the vibrant hues of Holi. A special poetry presentation, complemented by lively music, enhanced the festive mood. The poets delivered their performances centered around the themes of colors and the celebration of Holi, each in their unique style. Kumar Rajat captivated the audience with his heartfelt shayaris, while Alpana Anand mesmerized everyone with her melodious voice and eloquent poetry.

Humorous poet Ajay Atapattu brought the house down with laughter. His witty poems and jokes created an uproar, filling the hall with peals of laughter. Through his poetry, he not only explored the colors of Holi but also made sharp, humorous observations on various aspects of society, leaving the audience both entertained and thoughtful.

The program was skillfully hosted by poet Chandan Dwivedi, whose impeccable hosting style added to the charm of the event. Additionally, Swayam Srivastava brought an emotional touch to the evening with his soulful songs, blending the exuberance of Holi with reflections on life’s many shades.
