CIMAGE College Hosts Grand Event on Ram Navami with Theme 'Management Lessons by Lord Ram'

On the occasion of Ram Navami, CIMAGE College, a renowned institution in Patna, organized a grand event at its newly established campus in the Patliputra Industrial Area. The theme of the event was "Management Lessons by Lord Ram," which not only focused on religious faith but also highlighted key aspects of business management and leadership skills.

The event began with the college's Director, Dr. Neeraj Agarwal, who shed light on the significant aspects of Lord Ram's life. Dr. Agarwal explained to the students that from Lord Ram's life, we can gain not only spiritual and religious wisdom but also learn important lessons about leadership and management embedded in his character. He elaborated on how Lord Ram faced challenges, fulfilled his responsibilities, and upheld Dharma and justice in every situation. Dr. Agarwal specifically emphasized Lord Ram's decision-making ability, patience, and leadership skills as ideals for the students to follow.

During the event, everyone participated in singing hymns praising Lord Ram and reciting the Hanuman Chalisa. This religious ceremony created an atmosphere of unity and devotion. Notably, all the attendees together recited the Hanuman Chalisa 5,000 times, filling the space with unique devotion and positive energy. This collective recitation deepened the participants' devotion and faith in Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman.

Dr. Neeraj Agarwal continued with a discussion on some key management lessons from Lord Ram’s life. He explained that Lord Ram's life is not only that of an ideal person but also a skilled manager and leader. Lord Ram consistently demonstrated patience and discipline while fulfilling his responsibilities. Despite numerous challenges, he never deviated from his path, which is a key trait of a good manager.

Lord Ram’s life also teaches that a leader should always prioritize the welfare of society. For instance, during his exile, he sacrificed his personal desires for the stability and honor of Ram Rajya. He faced every difficulty with a positive attitude, which helped him overcome any adversity. Furthermore, Lord Ram’s life teaches us that a good leader should make decisions by understanding the feelings and circumstances of their team.

At the end of the event, Dr. Neeraj Agarwal urged the students to adopt these qualities in their lives, drawing inspiration from Lord Ram’s life. He emphasized that a successful manager is one who remains committed to their goals while also working collaboratively with their team to achieve success.

The event concluded with everyone taking an oath to embrace the principles of unity, brotherhood, and social service. Thus, this program, held on the sacred occasion of Ram Navami, was not only significant from a religious perspective but also provided invaluable lessons in management and leadership.
